Sunil Sheldon Amala Doss David

I am a detail-oriented and results-driven finance professional currently pursuing an MSc in Auditing, Management Accounting, and Information Systems at SKEMA Business School, Paris. With over two years of practical experience in accounting, auditing, and financial analysis, I have developed a solid foundation in both technical and strategic aspects of finance.

In my role as an Associate at RF Managed Services, I focused on enhancing accounting processes and financial reporting accuracy. I worked closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies, ensured timely vendor payments, and contributed to smoother monthly closing procedures by implementing process improvements. My work also led to better control over the general ledger and more reliable reconciliations.

During my time with KBM Tax Consultant, I supported audit and compliance operations in both part-time and internship capacities. I was involved in finalizing accounts, reconciling bank statements, and managing GST and income tax filings. I helped introduce system enhancements using Tally ERP.9 and SAP, improving the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations. My efforts in developing audit controls and conducting risk assessments played a key role in mitigating financial compliance issues.

Beyond my technical expertise, I am passionate about leveraging technology in finance. My master’s thesis focuses on real-time financial monitoring using Power BI, and I have independently created dashboards to support data-driven decision-making in cost and revenue tracking. I have also earned certifications in Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals and auditing principles.

I bring strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit to every project. I am fluent in English, a native speaker of Tamil, and currently learning French. My leadership experience includes serving as President of the Leo Club at Sterling Society, where I successfully led various service initiatives and community engagement programs, earning recognition for the team’s impact.

I am now actively looking for full-time role in financial control, accounting, auditing, or compliance, where I can apply my knowledge, continue learning, and contribute to the financial success of the organization.
