▪ Create Work Breakdown structure (user stories) and corresponding activities (tasks).

▪ Monitor the project progress and radiate the information to stakeholders.

▪ Identifies and mitigates team risks and impediments (Blocking Issues, Critical Defects) on a daily basis.

▪ Developing the business architecture such as Scope of work, risks, development processes etc. for different international clients after requirement analysis

▪ Create the business process models based on the requirements analysis which can be easily understood by the teams involved in the project development

▪ Provide input for the development and the maintenance of the systems to meet client needs and develop business specifications to support these modifications.

▪ Involve in the initial step “Requirement Analysis” of Software Development Development Cycle where I interact with the client and ask questions related to the client’s requirements so as to freeze the scope of work.

▪ Prepare Product Backlogs, Gantt charts, Sprint Schedule, User Stories, Workflow diagrams diagrams based on the requirements analysis.

▪ Provides project requirements walkthrough to the development team(s) before the start of the project

▪ Evaluate risks related to requirements implementation, testing processes, project communications

▪ Compare, pinpoint and rearrange the client’s data as per the final scope of work

▪ Draft and maintain business requirements and align them with functional and technical requirements.

▪ Provides regular demos to the client(s) during the Sprint Review phase of the development process and add the feedback points in the Sprint Schedule. Convey the feedback to the development team and get the feedback points done in the next upcoming sprints.
