I am a dedicated data annotator and IT support technician with a strong interest in cloud technologies and digital systems. My background combines hands-on technical support, data processing, and cloud knowledge, allowing me to support clients across multiple areas of digital work.

As a data annotator, I have experience preparing, cleaning, labelling, and organising different types of data, including text, images, and structured datasets. I understand the importance of accuracy in AI and machine learning projects, and I make sure every annotation follows the required guidelines. I have handled large volumes of data, checked records for errors, and ensured consistency across entire datasets. I am comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and annotation tools, and I learn new platforms quickly. I enjoy repetitive tasks that require focus, patience, and precision, and I take pride in producing clean, high-quality data.

Alongside data annotation, I have strong experience providing IT support to users with different levels of technical ability. I diagnose and fix hardware and software issues, install and configure operating systems, prepare devices for deployment, and help people understand how to use digital tools effectively.
