I am a devoted mother with 16 years of customer service experience. I enjoy challenges and do not give up easily. I consider myself to be responsible, honest, reliable, a go getter, positive minded, and energetic person. Arts and crafts are my favorite hobbies. I currently reside in Baja California, Tijuana with my family. I am the eldest of 3, and was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. After working at the Nevada State Welfare office I do not let disrespectful comments from clients bother me, I learned to not take it personal, we never know what the client may be going thru at that moment. Patience is a key is customer service (my personal belief). I am looking for a career opportunity where there is room for growth. I am a fast learner in any subject or I am non familiar with. Spanish is my second language and I speak, read and write both English and Spanish fluently.
