• Have build E2E automated tools using Python, SQL, PySpark, Azure to update current status of warehouse processes on a live basis for 10+ warehouses and distributed across all processes (Unloading, Inbound/staging, Putaway, cycle count, picking, quality check, loading and dispatch).

• Successfully saved $3 million dollars by building a scheduling tool using PuLP optimisation library in Python to recommend loading and dispatch time slot for outbound loads to ensure that shipments arrive within define OTIF window at destination locations considering deviations in lead time.

• Built automated tool in Excel which used to download data from SAP and used to estimate orders for next 4 weeks for 2 categories worth $10 million.

• Performed end to end inventory reconciliation for 20,000+ SKUs distributed across 300+ warehouses using SQL and Python covering all the warehousing processes and successfully achieved 99.99% accuracy. Defined structure to track inventory loss and defined program to track it, brought down inventory loss by 10x levels in 2 months.
