Academic Projects Project 1: Title:CNC PROGRAMMING & MACHINING Company:RAGHAVA INDUSTRIES Team Size:3 Duration:1 Month Project Description: We were trained in the programming of CNC machine for a week using which we operated the components of machine like Arbours, Automatic tool changer, Bed, etc, for manufacturing the product called TR-HOUSING. Outcome was so accurate and considered as the original product of the company. Project 2: Title: RC-HOVERCRAFT DESIGN FABRICATION & MANUFACTURING. Team Size: 2 Duration: 2 Months Project Description: Under the guidance of our mentor we started designing and manufacturing RC-HOVERCRAFT. The hovercraft is an amphibious vehicle which can simultaneously run on water as well as on ground using the energy of lift and thrust propellers with more ease(because of less friction). RC can be defined as radio controller (it contains a TRANSMITTER AND RECEIVER) through which the motors of the hovercraft are operated. We used 6-CHANNEL RC to control 2BRUSHLESS MOTORS through 2 ESC’S connected to the RECEIVER of the RC. The power is transmitted to brushless motors from two 3S 2200Mah lipo packs through ESC’S and the amount of power to be transmitted is controlled by the user through RC-TRANSMITTER.
