Most common MISTAKES people make when bring their AMAZING IDEA to life (MOBILE APP):

• Hiring developers just because they are offering a cheap price which later results in the following issues:

      1) Unpleasant User Interface & User Experience. 

      2) Improper Execution. For Example, The app crashes every 5 minutes.

 Which later results in you losing your customers. 

• Poor Marketing Strategy. They are Millions of applications on play/app store. Trust me, I have tried this before and It's just not possible to earn MILLIONS without a marketing strategy.

• Irregular Updates. Every tried using iPhone 3GS in 2017/2018? No Right? Your user's are just like you. Just Keep bringing in new features that your users will love.

Over the past few years, I have worked with more than 35 startups to help them design and build successful mobile applications. Somethings I have learnt over the years about building a successful application:

• Solve one problem - Your application is supposed to do one thing and do it right. 

• User Interface needs to be intuitive - Ever uninstalled an app just because it has a shitty UI? I know I did. Don't let your users uninstall your app for the same reason. The same goes with User Experience.

• Keep Fixing Bug - No one can build an application without even a single Bug. When your users REPORT A BUG, Never Delay to fix the bug and update your App.
