I am a qualified and experienced Technical & Marketing
Communications Writer, Mentor, Trainer, and Sales Support
personnel. I co-ordinate with a range of stakeholders within the
communications, training, & marketing team to research, analyze, and gather
requirements.
Based on the information gathered by using the required tools, I design, edit,
format, and deliver a broad range of collaterals. The goal is to articulate and
curate complex information into simple content using different platforms to
reach the relevant audience. I also support managers with market research,
business templates, website maintenance, usability testing, people mentoring,
and by conducting workshops/events for conferences.
