SYNOPSIS I am having total experience of 6 years in field of MEP Operations and Facility Management Hands on experience in the installation & operation of Electrical H.V. and L.V. systems, Transformer, Distribution Substation, D.G. Sets, Internal electrical wiring. Handled independently installation, operation and maintenance WTP, STP in various hotels like Hilton Jaipur, The Lalit Jaipur, Prime Plaza Agra. Working knowledge of H.V.A.C. Chilled Water System and BMS,STP, maintenance and operation of DG, Fire Fighting, Plumbing. WORK EXPERIENCE 1) JANUARY 19 –Till Date JONES LANG LASALLE (JLL) Facility Executive Location: Kolkata Reporting directly to my Facility Manager, I lead a team of 3 electricians, 3 plumbers, 3 STP operators (250 KLD- MBBR Type), 23 housekeeping staff, 2 lift technicians, 30 security guards, 4 gardeners overseeing all areas of operational management and maintenance for a luxury residential apartment complex “MANIKARN” consisting of 192 4bhk flats and over 800 residents with a built area of 4, 20,000 sq.foot. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintaining solid relationships with residents through customer service and delivery. Overseeing management of all cctv cameras, master key systems, issuing keys and security fobs. Periodic monitoring and supervision of existing utilities like STP (250 KLD- MBBR Type) ,fire fighting system, ceiling suspended ac units and cassette units,DGs (625KVA)swimming pool ,sauna ,steam bath system, garbage chute cleaning system and intercom services . Preparing daily management report on daily basis, monthly management report on monthly basis. Managing a team of 3 electricians, 3 plumbers ,3 STP operators (250 KLD- MBBR Type) ,22 housekeeping staff, 2 lift technicians, 30 security guards, 4 gardeners to ensure property/estate remains in pristine condition. Overseeing financial reporting and controlling of provided budget to minimize spending. Ensuring that all electrical and mechanical lift system is working at maximum performance level. Scheduling weekly testing of equipments including fire alarms to maintain a high standard of safety. Assisting residents with any practical problems including electricity supply failure, plumbing, civil issues. Always keeping adequate quantity of diesel in stock for 625KVA Diesel Generator in case of sudden power disruption. Planning 52 week preventive maintenance schedule for all utilities. 2) SEP 17- JAN 19 Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd (SPCL) MEP Supervisor Kolkata Worked as MEP supervisor in Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd (SPCL) through Ivanzel Enterprises (March 2015 to August 2017). The various projects I have worked in are as follows:- UTALIKA-THE CONDOVILLE (SEP 2017 –Jan 2019 ) It’s a luxurious housing society project developed by Ambuja Neotia in Kolkata, West Bengal. This project offers 147 spacious units which are spread across 4 towers (G+24 each). On behalf of SPCL I am looking after the installation of following electrical services of the building : PVC conduits laying in slabs as well as in walls. Modular box fixing in concrete as well as in brick walls. GHATAL MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL (MARCH 2015 –APRIL 2017) It is a 300 Beds Multi Specialty Hospital Project site in Ghatal (West medinipur) . On behalf of SPCL I was looking after the installation & operations of following MEP services of the building :- a) Transformer: 1000KVA; 11/0.433KV b) Diesel Generator Set: 750 KVA in AMF (Auto Main Failure) mode. c) HT, LT Panels, Capacitor Banks, Earthing, Cable Laying and termination, Internal electrification of the building including DB, MCB, RCCB, Lighting Fixtures. d) Lightning Arrestor ( Early Streamer ) e) Centralized UPS System. f) FDA (Fire Detection & Alarm) System and PA (public address) system. It included installation of addressable Smoke & Heat Detectors, Smoke Duct Detectors, RI(response Indicator), MCP(Manual Call Point), Monitor module, Control Module, Fire & Repeater panel. g) CCTV : IP Based Cameras with NVR and Storage. h) BMS (Building Management System) i) Lift installation 3) SEE SOLUTIONS & TCHNOLOGIES - January 2014 -th June 2014 Worked as MEP engineer in SEE SOLUTIONS & TCHNOLOGIES having specialization in water treatment plant, sewage treatment plant and plumbing systems. Under the AMC Contract with our company, I was looking into the installation, operation and maintenance WTP, STP and RO of the following hotels: 1. Prime Plaza, Agra (STP- 60 KLD) 2.
