Sue Garnet R. Montilla

My name is Sue Garnet Montilla. Family and friends call me either Sue, Sugar or Garnet. I am 39 years old and in a relationship with no kids.

Honestly, i don’t have any sport or hobby 😁 but i love to eat! Mostly Chinese, Indian and Thai cuisines are my favorite. I would often travel to certain places to try featured foods and delicasies.

When i don’t have work and i’m free, i either clean the house - i want my space clean and organized, cook occasionaly - mostly Pasta as this is my comfort food and manage the budget and needs of my Aunts’ household and grandmother.

I am a happy go lucky person. Since i’m not getting any younger, i want to take life more seriously. I want to save up for the future and make wise investments. I wish i have done these when i was younger but i don’t have any regrets and beleive that we’re never to old to change and do these things.

My dream is to travel - i want to vistit the US, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland. Hopefully, i may be able to fulfill this one of these days. For now, i will enjoy different parts of the Philippines and enjoy it’s beautiful and wonderful nature.

When it comes to work, i would like to stay focused and finish the task given to me, can work with minimal supervision and can get along with people of different backgrounds. I am open to constructive criticisim and suggestions from peers and colleagues.

Just recently, i was diagnosed with anxiety, depression and OCD and have been and is still under medication. Thanks to the medicine prescribed to me as i have never felt better and more in control of my life and emotion. 

Since mental health issues are more open now, i strongly encourage people who are struggling in life - emotionally and mentally to seek the help of professionals like Life Coaches, Psychologists and Psychiatrists. We should not ignore and set aside our issues most especially our mental health. We should also take care of this aspect of our life and give importance to it as it also plays a vital role in our life.384
