A letter to the academic institution
Dear Institutions
While imparting the knowledge to the students we have to
pay attention to the following five things:1. Regular study
2. Organized study
3. Practical Training
4. Testing
5. Motivation
In regular study we have to maintain the sequence of
chapters till the end of the subject or lesson. It twice loss if it
breaks, first student fail to concentrate himself with the subject
and other we have to expand more time and labor to run the
extra classes. Yet no one can say about the guaranteed success.
The institutions that fail to provide the regular study raise a
discomfort in the mind of their students as they could not face
the race of modern development. It humiliates them and defames
the institutions too. So institutions must be effortful to stop this
tendency to check growing inferiority complex in them.
In organized study we have to watch the system and
conditions through which we are imparting the knowledge to our
students. If system and conditions are not appropriate we can’t
satisfy to the students even after being the modern method of
teaching. Students fail to obtain the things what they require. No
one can concentrate his mind in a noisy and polluted
atmosphere.
In practical knowledge we have to watch and judge the
usefulness of perceptions that is provided them by institution.
Lest we are not making force them to learn the lessons of book
only for the name of knowledge. When it happens, students
concentrate them only on the written materials of the book and
prepare themselves only for the purpose of the examinations.
They remember only whatever taught and whatever happened,
but why so happens they have no reply for this.
In testing we want to know the skill and ability of the
students under the knowledge, what we have imparted them. In
fact it is the most important process where we evaluate the
knowledge of the students and efforts of the institutions too.
Marks and grades obtained by the students, determine the
appropriateness of the efforts made by the institutions.
But the most important thing among all above i.e.
Motivation provided by the Institution to its students. Whether
institute may be small and resources may be limited but if it has
strong motivation power to promote its students then no doubt of
success to the students of the institution and their skills. They
may have power to do something extraordinary for the society
and country and they become the source of motivation for the
coming generation too.
History consists the lot of such people who were miles away
from the light of modern development. They had limited
resources and an ordinary carpet for the name of sitting
management for their students but their valuable motivation
famed their pupils in all over the world.
Aachary Chanakya, Saint Gurunanak, Raja Ram Mohan Rai,
Saint Kabeer and our late presedent Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam are
the examples of such people, who were the source of motivation
and worked always for the encouragement to others.
But now the circumstances have changed and the methods
of study have also been changed. Today we are full of facilities
but no solid source of motivation is available. Burden of books,
sharp competitive life and unlimited expectancy of parents raise
the restlessness, anxiety and irritation and create the atmosphere
of discomfort and dissatisfaction among students. They are
adopting the way of indiscipline and fail to differentiate between
good or bad. Sometime they become aggressive and violent and
destroy their family and give harm to the society and country.
Sometime we also find them full of depression and when they
could not face the life challenges they commit suicide and end
their lives. That is a setback for the family and country.
No one can decrease such tendency and check them to do
so but to institution where they get the education. This is the
reason many programs are run in the institutions for the
personality development and motivation.
But a survey says that these programs are run like a subject
and taught and explained as the books are dealt. They are very
far from the morality who are responsible to bring in their
behavior. In many places it was found that the teachers and
trainers for the subject are completely fallible to follow it on
their personalities.
More than twenty years I have analyzed these minus points
of the institutions, students and teachers and involving the
experiences of life I wrote a book name “The World Winner”. It
is available in Hindi and English version. Soon it will appear in
many other Indian Languages as well. I suggest and request you
to watch it once. It will very helpful to you and your students
too. It is written for all type of people and useful to all. Not only
this much if you organize any seminar or motivational program
in your institution and invite me I am always ready to help and
promote your institute too. I want to organize such type of
motivational programs in all over the world. I desire to help the
people having will to save the humanity and remove the many
type of superstations and misunderstandings that may destroy
the human being. Let’s join hand to spread the light of morality
in entire India and motivate the entire world along with India.
This is my minor effort to promote the new generation, to save
the future and to organize the futurity well and disciplined.
