Project Description:
Design the system as per Client requirement, Installation and configuration of MS SQL Server 2012 on Primary Data Center, Disaster Recovery Data Center & Contact Center for EEU.
SQL Databases will be clustered in DC and SQL Log shipping is used to synchronize the database with the DR site, to ensure the data is highly available.
Migrating the SQL legacy customer (Entire Ethiopia country’s Electricity customers data) billing data to SAP ISU system by using SAP EMIGALL, LSMW Program.
Contribution:
1. Design the system as per client requirement and Prepare the HLD, LLD Documents as per the project design.
2. Installation and configuration of MS SQL Server 2012 Clustered based Instances.
3. Configured SQL Mirroring, Log shipping and Reverse Log shipping from Primary Data center to Disaster recovery data center

Project Description:
GSX is an MSCRM product. It is used by salespeople of Microsoft to track the records of all the sales of Microsoft products and services. Previously this task was carried out with the help of Siebel version 7.2.
Now entire Microsoft Sales IT operations have been moved to MSCRM. It has various applications Like GSX, PSX, GSX Online, GSX-Data Services, CSMAS, Dynamic CRM for Partner Sales, Direct Sales, Corporate Sales outlook and online/web applications.
Contribution:
1. Installation and configuration of MS SQL Server 2012 and set up the UAT environment for Microsoft client in Redmond datacenter.

Project Description:
GSX is a large scale, multi-year program. The effort was broken into 2 major phases, each with its own investment profile and business case. The first phase is focused on re-platforming the MSFT CRM ecosystem off Siebel and onto Microsoft technology, with an emphasis on efficiencies … saving sellers time and reducing costs. The goal is to have all MSFT sellers onto GSX this year, and retiring Siebel shortly thereafter. The second phase will focus on leveraging that new platform to improve and extend our sales productivity, with an emphasis on sales effectiveness and agility.
Contribution:

Project # 7: Begin Application Transfer on Notification (BATON) & Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW); L3 Support and Development - Microsoft
Project Description:
Executive sponsors have requested that we retire Siebel in favor of Microsoft technologies. Currently, our business users rely upon services provided through the Data Enrichment Tool (DET). To enable retirement of Siebel, we must ensure the data management services necessary to support our business user case scenarios are enabled within our core platform systems – principally Global Sales Experience (GSX).
Data Quality Management (DQM) for GSX focuses on the retirement of the DET. The project is a work stream within the Siebel to GSX Migration Program. The GSX Data Management Tool (DMT) is targeted to replace the DET legacy solution. BATON team uses the DMT tool to support the requirement of executive sponsors.
CRM Publish is a bulk data publishing application that has a controlled API to enable backend, read-only access to sales data via periodic, automated pulls of Siebel data. CRM Publish superimposes over 900 logical views (of which approx. 250 are public) on this data to simplify its consumption. DSL provides access to a wide variety of data, which includes, but is not limited to, sales data from the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) data store (via the operational GSX ODS data store). You can use the EDW Explorer to explore and manage the different objects in EDW.
Contribution:
1. Analyzing the requirements and design documents and understanding the functionality of source and destination systems.
