Suchana Dey

I’m Suchana Dey, a Master’s student in Economics at Jadavpur University and a graduate of Maulana Azad College. My academic and project work reflect my passion for data analysis, econometrics, and applied research.

In my Praxis project, I explored the intersection of economic theory and real-world data, using Python, R, and Stata to perform statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis. My Independent Project involved collecting and analyzing primary data, visualizing insights through Power BI, and interpreting results to draw meaningful economic conclusions.

I specialize in data cleaning, visualization, and econometric analysis, with a growing interest in business and policy analytics. My strength lies in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that support evidence-based decisions.
