the fundamental operational and HR structure needed
to grow efficiently and legally.
Despite experiencing revenue growth, their internal
processes were in chaos. I was engaged as the
Operations Architect to execute a zero-to-one build,
creating a complete, compliant, and scalable
foundation from scratch.
The company faced significant friction and risk due

Operational Chaos: There was no centralized CRM
or system for tracking client leads or interactions.
High Legal Risk & Lack of Foundational HR: The
company lacked essential HR documents (Employee
Handbook, SOPs), putting the entire organization at risk
of non-compliance and legal exposure as they scaled.
