Tools I use daily: HubSpot, ClickUp, QuickBooks, DocuSign, Google Workspace, Notion, Zoom.

What I actually do well: I don't just follow instructions I build the system so the same problem doesn't come back. Whether that's a hiring pipeline that stops candidates from falling off, an inbox that's actually under control, or an onboarding process that doesn't depend on the founder being available.
