I am a seasoned customer support consultant with over 6 years of experience in the service industry including hardcore technical support mostly over the phone. I have worked with companies within a B2C & B2B environment dealing with clients from the USA, UK & Australia.

My core strengths are strong problem-solving skills, highly efficient at getting work done, self-driven and a friendly personality!

With my previous full-time day jobs I have had the opportunity to hone my skills in:

I can comfortably work on MS Windows as well as Mac, adept with software such as MS Office, MS SQL, EHR & Gsuite and have extensive experience with Salesforce. I have a passion for working with people and pride myself in creating a world-class customer experience. I am able to think critically and make decisions quickly that are best for the company and the customer as a whole.

I am just starting my freelancing career on Hubstaff. I enjoy working individually and also with a team. I am very fluent in verbal and written English. I am highly skilled in assisting customers via live chats, emails and calls.
