It deals with Heat generation and dissipation of disc brake are analysed. The objective of this work is to investigate and analyze the temperature distribution of rotor disc during operation using Ansys. The standard disc brake two wheelers model using in Ansys and done the Thermal analysis and also calculate the Heat flux, Temperature of disc brakemodel. This is to understand the pressure force and friction force on the disc brake.
