Spectrum found me through my dribbble profile, after a trial project. I
was hired as a full-time remote web designer. I am responsible for
designing websites and coding them responsive. The company has
been quite happy with my performance and therefore, they plan to
expand their development office here in Kathmandu.
Remote UI/UX Designer at eTherapi, San Francisco, California, USA

eTherapi came to me through my dribbble profile to help with their
application ui design. After a few screens test designs, I joined the
company full-time as a ui/ux guy. I designed their complete web
application, their product website and other marketing materials. The
company’s front-end and development was based in Vietnam. But the
the head-office team were really impressed with my work design and
front-end skill, so they had me on board to open a new development
branch in ‘Kathmandu’.

This was my first full-time freelance job with the overseas company.
‘Eco’ is a consumer satisfaction application with mobile apps on both
iOS and Android. While at Eco, i designed their product website,
marketing materials, web application and app ui for both iOS and
android. Since, I was the only design resource at the company I
handled both the ui and front-end needs.
Web Designer/CSS Developer at Braindigit Pvt. Ltd, Kathmandu, Nepal March 2010 - May 2012
This was one of the first startup’s in kathmandu that focused in
developing their own products. They had a very popular Joomla
extension ‘listbingo’, so they offered me the job to redesign their
product website initially. But the contract was extended and I ended up
taking a design lead on all of their products i.e, iOS app, Android
app, .net application and tons of Joomla themes.
CSS Developer at IT Offshore Pvt. Ltd,
Kathmandu, Nepal — Sep 2009 - Feb 2010
IT Offshore was a great exposure interns of enhancing my front-end
skills. With them I handled PSD - html, PSD - Joomla, PSD - Wordpress
and PSD - Newsletters. Before starting any job, I was to calculate time
for each elements of the project and offer an estimation based on the
same.
Senior Web Designer at F1Soft International Pvt. Ltd,
Kathmandu, Nepal — July 2008 - July 2009
While working at F1Soft I was involved in the major design overhaul of
the most popular english newspaper and web & desktop applications ui
design for ‘A’ listed nepalese banks.

Kathmandu, Nepal — Feb 2008 - Aug 2009
I was responsible for designing bespoke website designs based on
clients’ requirements & clean coding them through html and css. Each
week I would design at-least 4 unique websites on photoshop. Flash
animation was pretty hip then so I had tons of opportunities to work on
some pretty cool animations. I worked US time with this company since
all of the company’s clients were based in the US.
