Hi,

My name is Stuti Paras, my highest qualification is an MBA in HR which I completed in 2021.

Moving on to my work experience, I have 4 years of experience in the BPO industry where I have uplifted my customer-handling and multi-tasking skills. For the initial 2 years I worked as a Customer Support Representative in Voice Process where I had to listen to the customers and provide the best possible resolution to them, then later on for 2 years I worked as a Technical Quality Analyst where I had to listen to the on-call conversation between the agent and the customer and evaluate that call based on various parameters and provide the appropriate score to that call. Other than that, I had to provide in-person feedback to every agent assigned to me and I had to make sure that the overall quality of the calls attended by the agents, was up to the mark.

I have been working as a Virtual Assistant (Administrative tasks, Social media management, Customer support)

since 2023 and I am looking for somebody who needs a Virtual Assistant.
