I hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Mathematics and Economic Studies, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Although my initial career path was in education, my five years of teaching experience provided me with invaluable skills in organization, discipline, and effective communication. These qualities have seamlessly translated into my transition to the corporate world.

During my tenure as the Head of Provider Relations at CAMAF, I had the opportunity to work closely with fraud analysis and investigations. This exposure sparked a deep interest in the field, and I quickly became an integral part of CAMAF's project to establish their own investigative unit. I was appointed as the head of this project, following my success in designing and implementing internal protocols to proactively identify and manage risks.Beyond my professional accomplishments, I am driven by a passion for delivering continuously high-level customer experience. I believe that every interaction is an opportunity to create positive and meaningful relationships with clients. My ambition, coupled with my ability to adapt to new challenges, has allowed me to excel in my previous roles and seize opportunities for personal and professional growth.
