With over 24 years of experience in IT support, network administration, and end-user services, I bring a proven track record of technical expertise, adaptability, and exceptional performance in fast-paced environments. My career began in 2000 with an accelerated 4-month Microsoft MCSE and A+ certification course, followed by a role at AT&T@Home (now Comcast Xfinity) in the Fife call center. There, I provided top-tier support for internet, telephony, and TV services, consistently ranking in the top 5% among 300 tech support professionals while also excelling in part-time sales.In April 2001, I founded Computerguy, a small business delivering comprehensive IT support to clients in the Tacoma area, including PC troubleshooting, networking, and printer maintenance. I also held impactful roles such as IT Supervisor for Ricoh at St. Joseph Hospital and Computer Lab Director for Boys & Girls Clubs of South Puget Sound, where I taught K-12 students, supported staff, and managed daily server backups.When COVID-19 forced the closure of my business, I took a brief hiatus before returning as an IT Analyst on a 3-month contract at St. Joseph Hospital. Subsequently, I joined Compucom to support Sonic Automotive’s network dealerships across five locations, managing user support, printers, and inventory tracking until the client’s abrupt closure in February 2024. I am eager to secure a position in IT Help Desk or End-User Support, leveraging my extensive technical expertise, disciplined approach, and people-oriented mindset. Known for consistency, adaptability, and a positive attitude, I thrive in dynamic environments and am committed to delivering exceptional IT solutions.
