Abbott - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Group: As the designated Head of EHS and Sustainability UK. Stood in and managed EHS compliance whilst a new senior EHS director was appointed, before handing over.
Leonardo Aerospace Manufacturing: Headed up SHES, carried out a short contract around SHE Governance. Created a strategy around EHS governance and risk across helicopters and electronics, audited multiple sites with subsequent action plans to improve overall EHS and quality standards and performance.
Morgan Sindall Power and Construction: Interim EHS Lead on National Grid’s Dorset VIP civils project. Managed a large open high risk, high media attention CDM site, ensuring all staff were safe.
Allseas - Navantia Shipyard Cadiz: Interim Senior Health and Safety advisor. Ensured all documentations were up to standard to ensure risks were controlled, mitigated and all workers, visitors were safe across 24/7 medium to high-risk work operations.
EasyJet Aviation – Interim Head of Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Facilities across global operations: Created an integrated management system and action plan for the organisation, improved ESH and facilities compliance by around 65% over an eight-month period.
Saudi Aramco – Interim Specialist Advisor to Aramco’s VP’s and LPD department: Produced an action plan and report on how to reduce workplace fatalities by 50% over a three-year period, the findings were staggering.
