Created a strategy around EHS governance and risk across helicopters and electronics, audited multiple sites with subsequent action plans to improve overall EHS and quality standards and performance. Morgan Sindall Power and Construction: Interim EHS Lead on National Grid’s Dorset VIP civils project. Managed a large open high risk, high media attention CDM site, ensuring all staff were safe.
