ABOUT ME
Web design is my passion. I specialise in websites since I started working in design field. I enjoy
creating effective interfaces. Learning psychology and decision making allows me to create not
only beautiful, but also user-friendly designs.
During the 5 years of experience I created over 40 website designs. Had experience of designing
couple of big web applications, including two tour-selling websites: http://viasun.travel, http://
viasun.ru and e-commerce platform named FoxCommerce.
Now I am looking forward to build beautiful web applications together with great teams.
SKILLS
Design
I personally prefer to use Sketch for routine tasks. It allows to build websites very fast and
supports responsibility. I always try to organise my projects well using pages, artboards and
symbols.
Being veteran in Photoshop with over ten years of experience, I still use it a lot for a photo
retouch.
Frontend Development
Skilled enough to create every possible markup including responsive websites. Through the years
I’ve created dozens of complex UI elements using jQuery. I also use jQuery for animation if CSS is
not enough.
I masterly use Jade, Sass and CoffeeScript to boost my workflow. Also can use Less or Scss if
project requires it. And finally, have basic knowledge in Git (enough to deploy, rebase commits and
merge branches).
Communication and Management
Native Russian and advanced English.
I see myself as a bridge between head staff and developers. I always start with learning overall
product strategy and market positioning. And never stop asking questions until fully understand
my task.
On the other hand, my frontend skills allow me to better communicate with development team,
check markup quality and suggest better solutions. When working together, this helps to release
products faster while maintaining better quality.
