Been in BPO industry for almost 5 years now. Handling Billing and Technical account. My experience is great because it enhance my call handling skills in professional manner. It enhanced my multi tasking skills as well, like I was able to work in all tools and resources in a small period of time. Most especially it improves my communication skills, I was able to do a human connection even just talking to a phone. If given a chance to in you company , I can definitely apply those skills that I've learned from my previous job. Thank you
