Grew the business from Ksh. 15M in March 2021 to Ksh . 162M on GMV by the end of JJuly022 and
enhanced the coverage from- by end of June 2022.
Airtel Kenya Limited – North Coast
Opened up to 14 new franchise partners: 2 Lamu, Mtwapa, 5 Malindi zone, 4 Kilifi zone,3 Mtwapa zone.
Grew recharge sales from Kshs. 42M to current Kes.98 M within the zone.
Advised the business for the massive new 4G roll out was carried in 2020 that led to new 30 new sites
and 15 were upgraded from 3G to 4G a milestone for the business in the zone.
Unilever
Set up the new Unilever distributorship covering mpeketoni to Lamu.
Revolutionized the route to market for the market hence increased sales & effective market coverage
from a universe of 1500 to 2360 outlets within 6 months.
Target achievement of 5 out of 6 months Year to Date even with the loss of the Blue Band Business
which was 15% of the business in- in Kilifi county.
Set up the new Unilever distributorship covering Voi, Taveta & Loitoktok markets.
Revolutionized the route to market for the market hence increased sales & effective market coverage.
Proposed to the Business to merge Taveta and Voi Cluster to be one as the cost to service would be
