PERSONAL PROFILE
Stephen has 10 years of experience in
research strategy and the application of
emerging technologies for investors and
enterprises. Stephen is the former Director
of the North Texas Blockchain Alliance
where he led the cultivation of the
Blockchain and Cryptocurrency
competencies among software developers,
C-level executives, and private investment
advisors. Stephen has spoken to the
executive leadership teams of large
enterprises in both private consultation and
invite-only events at the Dallas Federal
Reserve and other esteemed venues.
Stephen has launched various blockchain
businesses in the past 8 years while advising
startups in the space. He is currently the
CTO of Plymouth Artificial Intelligence which
is researching and developing future
applications of AI for the startups of the
future. In this capacity, he also advises
companies on building platforms that seek
to leverage emerging technologies for new
business cases as well as implementing
strategies that leverage data to extend and
augment the existing processes or enable
new services and activities, most recently he
has been working with companies in the
logistics industry to implement sensors and
IoT devices to better understand the
performance of employees and
departments. Most of these companies use
either Power BI or Tableau and I help clean
and structure datasets to reveal the correct
insights to drive growth and productivity.

hardware to track individual packages along the supply chain with blockchain

Was part of a four person management team for the Hurst-Euless-Bedford
center of the Fort-Worth building. Managed 22 employees loading 30-34
trucks averaging 16,000 to 20,000 packages daily. Responsible for training in
loading methods and safety practices. Was selected as part of the training
team for the new center in Granbury,TX.
