As a business development manager, I located areas of growth and created action plans in order to generate revenue. I utilized my research and teaching skills to educate our publishing and sales teams on the need and opportunity for continuing education programs within their industry in order to support their sales efforts. I strategized with publishers and sales teams to develop and launch new revenue-generating CE programs and support and grow existing programs in place. I collaborated with marketing and art directors in order to create and implement marketing initiatives in order to advertise our programs to prospective members and clients. The products that I supported are continuing education programs for various industries, including engineering, construction, architecture, safety and hygiene, thermal processing, renovation and restoration, data centers, security, and more.
