I have a 9+ years track record in business management, real estate, design and construction of residential and commercial buildings and project management. I have coordinated and managed project teams of at least 20 workers in a series of successful project deliverables by ensuring works conformed to approved scope, cost estimates for new construction projects, schedule and quality standards of construction project cycles using CMMS, built and maintained partnerships, and managed project risks for each project phase.

I reduced project cost by 15% by adopting traditional and re-usable materials for construction and façade design. I organized daily stand-up meetings with the project team to stay on track and meet the projects goals. I provided cost-effective solutions and result-based management using a business-as-usual approach with a work breakdown structure and key performance indicators from the inception stages of design conceptualization, to the construction stages of the building project and finally, to the management of the post occupancy stages of the project.
