From April to July 2024, I worked as an ESL Tutor, developing strong communication, adaptability, and interpersonal skills. My core experience lies in the appointment setting, which I performed from September to December 2024 and again from January to June 2025. In this role, I consistently converted prospects into booked appointments through personalized outreach, strategic follow-ups, and clear communication. I became proficient in qualifying leads, maintaining organized pipelines, and managing high-volume outreach without sacrificing quality. I thrive in goal-oriented environments, consistently meeting or exceeding targets while ensuring a professional and personable approach with every client.
