• The GC firms were scheduling projects, for final inspection, prior to final change orders being approved, which
largely contributed to a 20% pass rate on final inspections. Effectively re-trained GCs on proper processing
methods and increasing needed time for QA reviewers to approve change orders prior to final inspection. The
change resulted in the pass rate increasing to over 80%.

to ensure a critical 24/7 operations mission was able to perform with minimal interruptions.

Accomplishments:
• Air conditioning system failures threatened highly critical computer servers, costing over $1 million. The
destruction of the servers would severely hinder national security operations. Initiated a project to install a flat
plate heat exchanger and reroute piping to a building cooling tower while connecting the cooling tower to TSA’s
generator. The project increased cooling capacity and extended the life of the chillers.
• Increased vetting programs elevated the number of needed employees and additional office space.
Instrumental in the procurement of an additional 14K square feet of office space with a minimal need for
furniture and construction.
• A windstorm, with 100mph sustained winds, blew the roof off the building resulting in severe flooding which
affected mission operations. Initiated emergency mitigation and disaster reconstruction efforts to mitigate the
damage and reconstruct spaces, relocating employees as necessary. Restored the building within 60 days, with
minimal interruption to operations.
