I have been involved in starting up various daires in 11 African countries. I assist with product development, process development and product and production optimization.

I write indoendant articles for The Dairy Mail magazine in South Africa and are actively involved in the South African Society of Dairy Technology.

I am busy with a degree in Consumer Science and my main focus is Food and Nutrition and Consumer Behaviour.

I love cooking, reading, writing and also a ecent amateur triathlete.
