I am currently a senior associate for car claims insurance customer service for an Australian Car Insurance Company. I was a former Technical Support for Cable Account in the US for almost 7 years, I also have experience being a sales representative for the same Cable Company. I have completed training for customer handling support and providing excellent customer service. I was also technical support for Cable, Phone and Internet, handling technical issues including emails troubleshooting also how to navigate different browsers and their settings. Also I am an English teacher to foreign students.
