My career journey includes 8 years in HR, where I specialized in payroll systems management and workforce planning for organizations of varying scales, alongside 3 years in database management with MySQL and PostgreSQL. My proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau empowers me to drive data-informed decisions, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency.

In my current role as an HRIS Specialist, I lead cross-functional projects that streamline HR systems, from implementing time and attendance tracking for large teams to configuring organizational structures for smooth workforce transitions. I’m passionate about leveraging technology to automate processes, reduce errors, and boost productivity.
