In my last position, I managed a team which started from product idea, throughout samples, design packaging , retail client approval and final production of product and materials within a short project timeline. Definitely it was a challenging project which was finalized successfully.

Actually this is one of the reasons I tend to like so much marketing - taking partin various and challenging projects which include communication with different types of people. At the same time, I enriched my career experience while participating in such projects and cooperation with different roles within the organization.

Throughout my career positions, I had to constantly communicate and work with different types of people which enhanced my skills and expertise.I believe that the right approach and communication within a team leads to great results. There are one of my major which i am very product of within my career up to now: 1)  Beiersdorf Bulgaria - Regional appraisal for best design and construction box in personal care category in 2013)2) Tchibo Bulgaria - Adapt Tchibo Family's TVC to start building brand awareness within R&G category.

• Reach: - highest emotional appeal from BG consumer perspective within R&G category according to internal research -IPSOS AdTrek report 2018/ Second highest SOV for 2018 within R&G category).

I believe that acquired skills can also be beneficial and applied outside business. This is one of the reasons why I participated as a business mentor in the "Academy of Social Entrepreneurship" in two campaigns in 2016 and 2018. My major role was to guide the selected team on providing solutions to social problems (from idea to business plan ) and give honest feedback and manage team vibe within the project.
