With my professional trainer background, I can successfully roll out processes, allowing confidence among co-workers, Managers, Directors or any employee within a company.
With an advanced knowledge of Excel, Access and many other programs, I have created complex spreadsheets, and databases using macros, formulas, pivot tables and SQL. I have also written several courseware and procedure policies and documents for businesses.
