I have spent the better part of a decade and a half working in the food and service industry. I have tons of customer service experience ranging from waitress to a day full of outbound calls to a long list of disgruntled customers. Helping and resolving customer problems has been my career priority for many years. I am more then proficient with this craft!
I am:
- Great at descalating and remaining calm in high stress situations.
- I maintain a clean and organized work station at all possible times.
- A great listener and can give and show empathy very easily.
- Well spoken and professional but I can also be very witty and outgoing.
- I have alot of retail and sales experience.
- An excellent cook/chef and a even better server.
- Very self motivated when it comes to my success. I want to do my absolute best and then try to improve farther.
- I welcome constructive criticism. I always want to know where I am making errors so I can work to correct them and be better in the future. Also so I can possibly learn or discover new and more effective ways of handling the work load.
- In the past I was ServSafe Certified to safely prepare and serve food under the guidelines of the food inspector. (I do not have this certification any longer because it expired in 2020.)
- I was also A+ ceritfied in the knowledge of computer hardware and software.(I do not have this any longer because it expired years ago.) I am very familiar and knowledgable when it comes to the fast moving pace of technology.
- I can work great with other people wether it is one on one or in a group setting.
- I am reliable and very trustworthy. I can almost be loyal to a fault sometimes. But I will always stand up for what is right.
I could write a list all day long of my strengths and what makes me stand out in a crowd but to really know I will have to simply show you.
