About

I'm a highly motivated cybersecurity enthusiast currently pursuing an M.Tech in Computer Science with a specialization in Cybersecurity at SRM University, AP. With a foundation in core computer science from my B.Tech and hands-on exposure through various internships, I’ve actively built a strong grounding in both offensive and defensive aspects of security.

My curiosity for how systems work—and how they break—led me to dive into the world of ethical hacking and cyber defense. During my internship with Indian Servers, I gained hands-on experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), malware analysis, OSINT, network scanning, and mobile security. This wasn’t just theoretical exposure; I worked on real-world systems and analyzed actual vulnerabilities, sharpening my practical understanding of the threat landscape.

I’ve complemented this with certifications like the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate, where I deepened my knowledge in risk management, incident response, Linux, SQL, and threat detection. I’m also actively building a lab-based portfolio through platforms like TryHackMe and working toward blue team certifications to expand my SOC (Security Operations Center) expertise.

Beyond certifications, my project experience includes developing a machine learning-based sentiment analysis system using Twitter data and an HDR image reconstruction system through deep learning and image segmentation. These projects highlight my technical versatility, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to innovate at the intersection of security and data science.

My toolset includes Python, Java, Bash scripting, Wireshark, Nmap, Figma, Power BI, and MySQL, and I’m comfortable working on both Linux and Windows environments. I’m currently upskilling in areas like log analysis, SIEM tools (Splunk and Wazuh), and incident response playbooks to align myself with modern SOC analyst roles.

What drives me is the mission to protect systems, data, and users from ever-evolving digital threats. I thrive in challenging environments that require quick thinking, strong analytical skills, and continuous learning. Whether it’s working on cyber defense strategies or scripting automation for detection, I bring a detail-oriented and proactive approach to every task.

I'm now seeking an opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking organization where I can put my skills into action, learn from experienced professionals, and grow into a full-fledged cybersecurity expert.
