Close monitor on compliance to the client agreement along with project team on monthly basis
in generating revenues.
Monthly billing, reconciliation of client accounts and site accounts.
BG Issuance and renewals.
To maintain harmonious relationship with local leaders and political parties for smooth
functioning of the project with the society / community around.
Recognizing & arranging vendors for administrative jobs i.e., transport, housekeeping, labour
contractors, machinery suppliers, safety, security, canteen & pantry, guest house management,
landscaping, greenery development and first-aid services
Work directly with a wide range of individuals at all levels - civil technical staff, electrical staff,
management and directors, external clients and suppliers.
Lab equipment calibration, regular maintenance, arrangement of yearly and monthly tests along
with local universities for submission to Clients. I.e. BBD test, Roughness test, Environmental
clearances, Forest clearances, Municipality and Electrical Department clearances, etc.,
Monitoring of attendance and wages for site staff, EPF compliances, Bonus, Gratuity,
retrenchment, exit interviews, grievances, Labour licenses renewals and returns filling.
Liaison with Respected Collector, Municipal commissioners, NHAI, R&B, local & other Govt
authorities/agencies.
Complying to all reporting requirements as per O&M Manual.
Previous experience with M/s.SAB Miller CISP - EGB for their Greenfield Brewery plant in Andhra Pradesh
and distribution project for two states Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
My role as “Sr. Manager Administration”
Greenfield project: Obtained licenses for construction of new brewery plant of 1000kl at Telangana and under
single window system.
Distribution work for Andhra and Telangana: Responsible for obtaining Purchase Orders from Government for
generating revenues for the both the states.
Factory License - Supervising legal approvals encompassing initiation / operations of factory
obtaining plan approval/factory registration from Factory Department, consent to establish / operate
from PCB, approval from city planning department (BDA), NOC from Fire Department, environment
clearance, ground water clearance and getting trade certificate, temporary electrical load
connections, etc.,
Distribution scope - Organising and identifiying retailers/agents capable in generating revenues to
the company strictly to the procedures and policies of the company and taking necessary disciplinary
actions in time. Bill discounts, coupons, and other entertainments to encourage

agents/retailers/syndicates. Warehouse stock monitoring under excise department under FIFO
method.
Experience with M/s. UEM Group Berhad a Malaysian Government, UEDI Private Limited for their Indian
projects in Building new 4 lane Highways, Toll Operations, Operation and Maintenance of Highways.

1. Administration, Accounts and HR activities of the site.
