Twitter Text Analytics and sentiment analysis of President of USA Donald Trump:
The aim of project is to extract tweets from twitter through R software and process the tweets to convert into Plain Text on which I built cluster model and performed sentiment analysis.
Due to advent of social media and its usage linked to many applications data generated from them is mostly unstructured (text, images, videos etc...). There are many hidden Insights in these type of data, so if any Business want to use this data it has to be processed using many techniques to derive insights.
R Software packages used: twitteR, tm, Rcurl, ggplot, streamR, devTools, stringr, openNLP.
Statistical techniques applied: Cluster Analysis, Term Document Matrix, Stemming,
Word cloud, Association between words, Frequency count of words and Tweet mapping.
Academic Project-2:
Prediction of Loan Default using neural networks and Logistic Regression.
In this project I was able to successfully predict the person who is going to default the loan based on the variables LTI (the loan to yearly income ratio) and age of person by applying the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method and logistic regression using R software.
ANN method gave far better result compared to logistic regression in predicting the loan defaulter.
Packages used: neuralnet (backpropogation algorithm).
