Freelance Writer (June 2017 to date)
I became a full-time freelancer since the time the startup closed. I am a regular writer for two sports
news sites. Currently, I write the daily news, analysis pieces, predictions, and sports trivia for the
following news sites.

In the last six months, I have written SEO articles and beginner guides about Cryptocurrencies and
cryptocurrency exchanges.
GetSetSmart Edutech (July 2016- June 2017) – Manager
I created business proposals, pitch decks, course outlines, self-help courses, promotional material,
fliers etc., for the start-up.
IGATE Technologies (Dec 2013 – July 2016) - Project Lead
Test Promotion and Project Management -Bank of Tokyo UFG
I created the daily and weekly report for the Client’s management team (C-level reports), HP QC user
administration; create documentation on the new capabilities
Project Management and Pre Sales Solutions
As a Presales lead, I responded to RFPs for all functional testing requirements for BFS domain.
I wrote business proposals, responded to RFPs and documented best practices, case studies and test
accelerators to enhance the company’s offering portfolio.
HSBC Technology Services - Test lead (June 2011 – Dec 2013)
At HSBC, I started as a Technical support specialist supported business manages their usage of
HSBC’s commercial banking platform, HSBCnet.
Next, I was moved to head the product support team where I helped product manager prioritize
feature requests and find solutions to the top client’s major problems. I created the operations guide
for staff from the ground up.
I was then assigned as a training and implementation manager to move critical administrative
functions from Canada to India. After a successful assignment, I joined the HSBCnet’s testing team as
an analyst and was promoted to test lead within six months. I lead cross country teams in testing
HSBcnet’s trade and payment systems and eventually became the Quality manager for all traderelated projects. I also reviewed and signed off on all new training documents for staff and
customer-facing positions.
