TESTIMONIALS:
Amarendran Vijayaraghavan: Trainee Aquity Solutions.
Today (13 June 2022) had training session with Mr. Sri Mageshkumar. The training was very helpful and I learned
a lot from his guidance. He reviewed live charts and appreciated my strengths (sentence formation, grammar)
and also pointed out that I should improve my listening skills, avoid omissions and TTC. He suggested listening
to training videos to improve by listening skills. He also made me clear the importance of slight information
omissions which can result in critical errors both in HPI and ROS part, also the sentence should provide full
meaning for a person who is reading the chart. He suggested me not to overlook information by prejudging
whether it is relevant or irrelevant. He also quoted thumb rule for scribing “Too much is always better than Too
less”. He clarified placement of objective information (lab values and whether patient denied or accepted
vaccinations). He also advised me about chart organization and relevant grouping of information. He made me
realize the sentence structure looks good if sentence is consistent with cause and effect.
