My professional experience, I am working as a customer support associate in Amazon from April 2019 to till now where I will be responding to customer issues or queries for the products or items that they have purchased online and I will resolving their issues if the items they bought gets damaged while in delivery by creating a refund or replacement. Currently my skills in Amazon is handling the customers through Voice support and able to handle chat as well. Depending on the availability, my skills would be changed to chat or voice or email medium. I have 3 plus years of overall customer service experience. Previously, I was working in a online tutoring job where I would be teaching to US students via online. And post that, I have joined in Amazon and still working. And I am passionate about writing as I have written 500+ poems, 10+ songs in Tamil and and 1500+ short quotes in English.
