I have good knowledge in electronics and electrical house hold items. Good knowledge for automotive sales, Internet and social media knowledge. Explain to troubleshooting through phone or messages. Until now, I am working as a field technician in networking field. Handle with customers for cable TV and Internet company. No idea about food and catering companies but I have confidence if I get a chance will be learnt within one week. I would like to start a part-time work from home. But in future would like this will become my career. I handle 4 languages English Hindi Malayalam and Tamil. I will try to find a job like virtual assistant for fixing technical issues through online e.g.: cable TV Internet, DTH services. House hold items (washing machine, mixer grinder, Microwave oven, vacuum cleaner etc.) also will provide technical solutions for network technicians and electronics technicians. In automotive fields I have only idea about the technology and specification through automotive magazines. But I understand if have a symptom listening from customer what is the problem for the complaint and register the complaint for specified reasons. In social media I will handle marketing and manage pages very well.
