Private Bank Orders Interface – PACE to CRD
Customer
Bank of America,New Jersey
Period
Aug 2007 to Dec 2009
Description
Project team comprised of three members at client site.Worked with the team at the client site until the first release and moved to offshore after that.
This application routes the Fixed Income, Private Bank Portfolio Manager trade orders from the PACE accounting system into the Charles River (CRD) trading system with executions routed back to PACE. These orders are for accounts that are not actively managed by CMG but where CMG provides the trading and operations support functions.
Trade orders are entered into PACE by the Private Bank project manager’s. These orders entered into PACE are send to CRD as XML messages. Interface do all the necessary translations on the PACE message and generates CRD XML Message from that .This message is send to the CRD. Investment Operations will process all trades using their existing CRD workflows eliminating reliance on paper tickets. Once the orders are processed in CRD, the execution details along with any messages would be routed back to PACE via the interface. The execution detail will include the inbound PACE order identifier received in the original trade order so it can be associated with the proper order in PACE.
SQL Reporting tool will be used to generate reports which will be displayed on Web and CRD application. The data will be extracted from SQL database, based on search parameters and the result are shown on web browser UI using SQL reporting tool.
