• Under the supervision of Dr. Dia Chatterjee-, a project was done based on a problem that
a company provided but chose to stay anonymous. It was based on an organizational problem that the company was
facing at the moment where people from the firm they had acquired were leaving or struggling to fit in. After intensive
research of identifying the root of the problem and suggesting some sets of solutions, the final product was sent to the
stakeholders. Stakeholder was very impressed with the research and formulation of the problem.
