I'm a seasoned customer service professional and virtual assistant with over 14 years of experience and have worked for various clients in the USA and Australia.

As a customer service professional, I’ve handled numerous accounts ranging from logistics, streaming service, financial, hotel reservations, fraud analysis, loan collections, survey management, and food order taking.

I was a front-line customer support representative for 12 years and then a customer service/social media operations manager for more than 2 years.

As a front-line customer service representative, my main tasks were to answer inquiries, resolve issues and build strong customer relations using different customer service platforms such as phone, chat, and or email, or any combination of the three.

As a customer service/social media operations manager, my tasks included: managing customer service/social media team[s], communicating job expectations and daily goals to team[s], development and implementation of operational processes, guidelines, standards, policies, and training materials, resolution of conflict and within the team[s], and communicating with the operations director and CEO on the daily goals, achievements, incidents, and future action plans.

As a virtual assistant, I’ve handled numerous tasks for my clients including, but not limited to, data research, data entry, social media moderation, hr, and basic payroll management, as well as customer relations/support.
