I used to work with my family's business agency which is being owned by my father. I am tasked as a Network Manager of our system from installation to upgrading all hardware and software system. My expertise focuses on installing software programs, maintaining system, file sharing, communication set up and other essential needed daily. My passion to customer service is to be able to deliver what is requested, be able to make my customer/client satisfied on their programs and ensure the good stability of their system. Aside from being a Family Technician, I used to work also on sideline jobs such as computer set up, updating application, software trouble shooting, data encoding and other maintainance requested. I can work on minimal supervision. Just as long as all instructions are provided, I more than happy to provide the set up Im requested to do. Im a hard working person too, and this means if an overtime is required for me, my dedication and flexibility are always available.
