A dynamic and experience Manufacturing Supervisor / Head who has thrived on the opportunity to share the responsibility for a European / Middle Eastern multi-racial Operation. Utilizing the experience gain from one of the biggest plastic companies in the Philippines and in Saudi Arabia for years, having successfully overcome the daily challenges that are presented with excellent Management and Technical skills gained by actively becoming a pivotal team member. My role has been multi-functional covering all aspects of the business from Planning, Production Management, Project Management, Process Improvement and Technical aspects of the machines and products. Typical Project assignment are acquiring / start-up of machinery including set-up of new Production processes and its documentation. Recent project handled is the purchase of DRUM machine. I was sent to Langenberg, Germany to complete the UN DRUM QUALIFICATION, set-up the new process for approval by UN including all its documentation.
