Hi! I’m Soniya Dessai, an experienced science educator and research professional with over 7 years of academic and project-based experience in Zoology, Environmental Science, and Biology. I hold a Master’s degree in Zoology from Goa University and have worked as an Assistant Professor and Project Assistant in reputed institutions.

My academic journey includes teaching undergraduate students, conducting lab sessions, developing science curricula, mentoring students, and coordinating departmental seminars. I have also worked on environmental research projects with the National Centre for Polar and Ocean Research (NCPOR). I gained hands-on experience in environmental sampling, lab analysis (using techniques like Ion Chromatography and GC-MS/MS), and scientific reporting.
