Executive Summary
● Developer with more than 25 years of experience in software development, starting
with specialization in Java and, in recent years, focusing on Web3 and Blockchain.
Previously acted as CTO in a real estate tokenization startup and graduated from the
SheFi program.
● I recently participated as a speaker at Web3 and Blockchain events, including
TokenNation and TDC (The Developers Conference) in São Paulo. I was also invited
to speak at the Technology Week of FATEC Zona Sul, where I presented the talk
“Blockchain Beyond Cryptocurrencies: Career Opportunities”. Also, I have actively
participated in hackathons, contributing innovative blockchain solutions that
demonstrate my ability to deliver impactful projects and reinforce my engagement in
industry events.
● In addition to my experience in software development and project management, I
have experience in training and user support. Self-taught with a predisposition to
learn. Ease of integration, dynamism, interpersonal relationships, organization, and
ease in teamwork. My Blockchain projects can be found on my GitHub.
Professional Experience
● Self-Employed Blockchain/Web3 Specialist
October 2025 – Present
I work as a Full-Stack Engineer in Blockchain/Web3, continuing to develop
decentralized applications and platforms based on smart contracts, while expanding
my involvement in AI-driven automation. My focus is on developing scalable and
secure systems that integrate Web3 infrastructure with intelligent workflows,
optimizing operations and unlocking new digital efficiencies. I design and develop
end-to-end solutions—from smart contracts and backend services to responsive
front-end interfaces—applying blockchain and artificial intelligence to deliver
transformative next-generation product experiences.
● Firmeza Token - Co-Founder and CTO
May 2024 – October 2025
As CTO, I led the technical vision and architecture of a blockchain-based real estate
model in Brazil, designing systems that allow fractional ownership of properties and
gradual acquisition mechanisms. Development of smart contracts, platform
scalability, and secure wallet integrations, aligning engineering priorities with product
needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. My work focused on
transforming complex real estate and compliance flows into simple and fluid digital
experiences, expanding access to real estate investment and ownership
opportunities through distributed technology.
● Self-Employed Blockchain/Web3 Developer
September 2023 – April 2024
Development of smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain using Remix, Foundry,
HardHat, and OpenZeppelin. Deployment of contracts on Testnet networks, including
Sepolia, Avalanche Fuji, Scroll, Amoy, Chiliz. Building DApps for interaction with
smart contracts, using libraries such as Web3.js, Ethers.js, React.js, and Next.js. Use
